Use of the site

The Regulator Watch website is provided as an editorial product aggregating public regulator records. Items are surfaced for informational purposes; they do not constitute legal, regulatory, or investment advice.

Source attribution

Each item on the site links to the originating regulator’s publication. Where the source asserts copyright restrictions, we publish a short summary in lieu of the full text. The original remains the authoritative version in all cases.

Accuracy and corrections

We use rules-based filters and human review to surface items, but errors occur. If you believe an item misrepresents a regulator or implicates a firm incorrectly, write to corrections@regulator.watch and we will review within 24 hours.

API use

API consumers must comply with the per-key rate limits and tier requirements. Redistribution of API content is permitted only under the licensing terms of your API tier.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that causes degradation for other users, not to bypass authentication or rate-limit enforcement, and not to use the site or API to harass any party or firm named in our records.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regulator Watch and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its API.
